Research the guidelines for documentation of health records and compile a list of ten (10) key requirements related to the Standards and regulations for The Joint Commission (TJC), Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities (CARF), and/or Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services CMS). Develop a plan with at least three (3) best practices related to health record documentation policies and procedures in satisfying the required guidelines.

Develop a plan for system testing to ensure data integrity and quality in the health information exchange (HIE). Construct at least three (3) best practices related to integration, interfaces, and/or data reliabilty issues

Evaluate the different architectural models of the health information exchange. Appraise the HIE models by critiquing the strengths and weaknesses of each model type.
