Comparison – Standard treatment like, early ambulation, graduated elastic compression stocking, and anticoagulation therapy.

Outcome -The risk of getting Deep Vein Thrombosis following orthopedic surgery will be reduced with the use of intermittent pneumatic compression device.

Time– 6 months
