This is from a website called the CochlearWar.com and it is about the Cochlear War- the arguments for and against cochlear implants. This is from a deaf culture website and you will see a definite bias towards one side of the argument. I chose it for it’s viewpoint. This part is called For Parents Only.

Read it and respond- What do you think of their argument? What might you do or consider if you had a deaf child who was being considered for a cochlear implant?
