· Your project sponsor is a numbers person. He simply wants to know if the project is ahead of schedule and under budget. He has no idea about the importance of project performance, such as earned value management (EVM). Quickly provide him a four-sentence overview of EVM. 2. “Closing Out the Project”

· You have reached the end of the project. All of the website migrations are complete, and the work was done under budget and on time. The project sponsor wants to have a big celebration for you and your team, but you tell him that the project is not yet complete. Identify at least three things that you need to do to properly close down this project. Explain the problems that will arise if you don’t close out this project. The project sponsor is still not convinced and will only allow you to do one of the three things you presented to close out the project. Which one will you do? Why?
