Consider a business setting where one individual never brings issues to you, their manager. Rather, they try to resolve conflict using a colleague and peer of yours. This is referred to as triangulation. Post a discussion entry (between 250 and 350 words in length) explaining:

· How you would manage such a person and encourage them to approach you instead of other members of management.
