Review your experiences with the simulation in the practice rounds. Think about the materials on the external environment in the textbook. Read the article: Fassin, Y. (2009). The Stakeholder Model Refined. Journal of Business Ethics, 84, 113- 135. Pay special attention to figures 5 and 6. On that basis:
1. Draw a mind-map of the stakeholders of your simulation company (Refer to the mind-mapping guidelines and information sources). Be specific. Show as many secondary connections as make sense to you. Be as realistic as possible considering the likely real world conditions of a company such as yours (the text book should give you suggestions).
2. Identify what you think is a critical component of your simulation companys stakeholder environment (an item from your mind-map). (Each team member MUST choose a different component.)
3. Find a high quality academic source (use the UCW library) that helps you understand that component.
4. Briefly summarize the academic source in your own words, (maximum of 100 words)
5. Briefly explain how the academic source improves your understanding of the stakeholder component. (50 to 100 words)
6. Prepare a report as follows using Microsoft Word or with Word .doc or .doex output, or .rtf output:

Mind-map (could be a drawing, a jpeg from a photograph, or an insert from mind-mapping software (for example Coogle). Ensure the details of the mind-map are legible in your final document.
A summary of the source with a heading and correct APA page layout. Correctly cite your work in APA style (there are multiple ways to do this. Choose the most appropriate.)
An explanation of how the source assists your understanding with a heading and correct APA page layout.
A reference section which includes all works cited.
