Job EnrichmentThe aim of discussions is to make the course material more relevant to you. You are expected to share your real-life OB experiences examples related to the course material. The forums are open to and visible to everyone in the course. Examples and experiences can come from your current or past jobs; friends and/or family; or from local, national, or international news media. I encourage you to also post links to relevant and interesting articles. If you post a link to an article, provide a brief summary of the article and indicate why it is related to the course. You need to apply and use the concepts and terminologies in the course in all discussion forums. Proving a narrative of your experiences without demonstrating its relevance to the course concepts is undesirable.
I expect RLEs to come from you and not anyone else. Note that youre required to apply concepts from two (2) chapters. The most points you may obtain is 5 out of 10 if you only discuss concepts from only one chapter.
