Population and sampling strategy • Define your population and describe your sampling strategy, sample size

Instrument • Describe how your instrument was designed by making specific reference to the

literature, and regarding the items you select for your questionnaire. • Include a copy of your questionnaire in the Appendix

Procedure • Describe in detail the plan for data collection.
