Conceptual framework (e.g. epistemology) Description of project design (e.g. descriptive, exploratory, comparative, causal, etc.)

Population and sampling strategy Define your population and describe your sampling strategy, sample size
Instrument Describe how your instrument was designed by making specific reference to the
literature, and regarding the items you select for your questionnaire. Include a copy of your questionnaire in the Appendix
Procedure Describe in detail the plan for data collection.
