In addition, you must fully answer these questions. It is not enough to state the law. You must also provide the facts that the court relied upon when reaching a decision where appropriate.<\/p>\n<p>Below is an example of how this can be done:<\/p>\n<p>Wal -Mart Stores v. Cassias (Ch 1, p 17)<\/p>\n<p>What was the legal issue of the case?<\/p>\n<p>The legal issue of this case was \u2026.<\/p>\n<p>What did the court decide?<\/p>\n<p>The court decided to X\u2026..<br \/>\nFailure to do this will result in 10 points being deducted from your grade.<\/p>\n<p>Write between 750 \u2013 1,250 words (approximately 3 \u2013 5 pages) using Microsoft Word in APA style, see example below.<br \/>\nUse font size 12 and 1\u2033 margins.<br \/>\nInclude cover page and reference page.<br \/>\nAt least 80% of your paper must be original content\/writing.<br \/>\nNo more than 20% of your content\/information may come from references.<br \/>\nUse at least three references from outside the course material, one reference must be from EBSCOhost.
