In your answer, use examples to support your arguments and consider the practical application of the theories relative to improving employee engagement within the organisation. You need to analyse the findings of your research and show their relevance to the topic and present academically convincing answers to the topic question. Any references made to supporting literature should be incorporated in to the general body of the essay.
