As we are a staffing firm, we hire candidates and than we trainthem and place them according to their field. As an inward expert, I have to present todifferent people and clients\u2014heads, directors, workers etc. They get to know who Iam and what I do. I get to know what their identity is and what they do. I have towork with many of the executive people and everything depends on trust, that goodthe employee we deploy from out company is good, Everything is based on trust andethics. This comprehension and trust spares us time and vitality each time wecooperate. Obviously, If something goes wrong or the employee which we providedoesn&#8217;t meet the expectation than it would be bad part on my side.I feel like in my company the management not have enough plans\u2022 \u201chow to plan on effective motivation on employees\u201d\u2022 Employees perception and attitudes, and see how we can change and create positivepractices in organisation.\u2022 Adopt different style of leadership style\/If we take this things into consideration in our organisation it can create mywork more easy and reliable. As it will cut down work for me and bring moremotivation and confidence while dealing with my clients.<br \/>\nAs we talked last time my company do lack how to plan on effectivemotivation on employees. After doing more research on this subject and how toimprove it. I came to know that my HR team is understaff. For the team of 30 peopletheir are only 3 HR employees handling all the problems or queries in the wholeorganisation. Other than that this HR team also have responsibility of all thecandidates or we can say the staff which we place on the projects, This 3 peoplehandles that too. I feel like there is too much on the plate of the HR team and that isthe reason they are failing.Other than that my other topic was on employees perception and attitudes. The thingwhich lacks in our organisation is motivation from higher management. They are notinvolved in decision making process even if it is related to directly to the employees.It feels like they make decisions on behalf of the employee. Other than that there iscontinuous pressure on the employees to get work done, which is not a goodmotivation always. Employees are not free enough to explore or figure out on theirown.The different topics and articles I am looking into and would like to introduce in myfinal project are:-Final ProjectPage 3\u2022 Different leadership styles\u2022 Intrinsic and extrinsic motivations\u2022 Case studies:- \u201cThe whole truth\u201d from our organisational behaviour course.
