The users have recently been employed by some of your clients and they are engaging your company to do some digital literacy training.<br \/>\nYour company has been asked to provide one-to-one training, but are required to also offer the training online.\u00a0 You have been asked to create a training program for clients to cover off aspects of general digital literacy for these new employees.<br \/>\nYou know there are some good resources on the internet that are provided free of cost.\u00a0 You need to locate some reputable ones that cover digital literacy.<br \/>\nThree of the clients have completed a survey on what they already know, you need to consider this when you create the training plan and recognise which users will need to complete the appropriate sections of the training.<br \/>\nThe clients are using Windows 7 and Office 2010 at the desktop and using Outlook for email.<br \/>\nYour tasks are to<br \/>\n1.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Create a training\/learning plan, outline, for one to one instruction and online learning<br \/>\n2.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Determine resources required for the training<br \/>\n3.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Create a client e-learning guide, for each of the three clients outlining what they are required to do for their personal learning<br \/>\n4.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Detail an assessment plan on how you will assess these new skills<br \/>\n5.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Create a client feedback form<br \/>\n6.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Create a sign off form for the clients manager to sign off that they are happy with your plan<\/p>\n<p>Please submit these documents.<br \/>\nNote<br \/>\nYour training plan should resemble one that is of industry standard, so do some research on this.<\/p>\n<p>Useful Links<br \/>\nhttp:\/\/www.ictliteracy.info\/<br \/>\nhttp:\/\/www.microsoft.com\/about\/corporatecitizenship\/citizenship\/giving\/programs\/up\/digitalliteracy \/default.mspx<br \/>\nhttp:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Digital_literacy<br \/>\nhttp:\/\/www.ecdl.com\/<br \/>\nhttp:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/E-learning<\/p>\n<p>Client Interviews<br \/>\nSalty<br \/>\nSo Salty, tell about what you know about computers:<br \/>\nI use facebook a lot.\u00a0 So I guess I am quite literate with computers.<br \/>\nHave you used any productivity suites before?<br \/>\nWhats that?<br \/>\nThings like Microsoft Office, Open Office or Office for Mac?<br \/>\nOh, no not really.<br \/>\nHow about email, what are you using for email?<br \/>\nI use Gmail, its pretty good.<br \/>\nBilty<br \/>\nSo Bilty, tell about what you know about computers:<br \/>\nI use forums a bit.\u00a0 I am on the Skylines AU site heaps.\u00a0 I do a bit for the forum, like emailing members and stuff.\u00a0 General web surfing and a bit of internet banking and stuff.<br \/>\nHave you used any productivity suites before?<br \/>\nI use Office, but mainly on word.\u00a0 Yeah I am pretty good with the old word docs, doing tables and formatting for the forum and stuff.<br \/>\nHow about email, what are you using for email?<br \/>\nI use Windows live client with my Hotmail account.\u00a0 I find it a bit easier to organise than the live site.<\/p>\n<p>Botis<br \/>\nSo Botis, tell about what you know about computers:<br \/>\nI use skype a lot to communicate with my family overseas.\u00a0 We are always using sharing photos with each other.\u00a0 I did a course a while back, I think it was ECDL.\u00a0 It was very good.<br \/>\nHave you used any productivity suites before?<br \/>\nWhats that?<br \/>\nThings like Microsoft Office, Open Office or Office for Mac?<br \/>\nOh, no not really, I do remember some of that was covered off in the ECDL but I have not used it for a long time.<br \/>\nHow about email, what are you using for email?<br \/>\nI use an email account with my ISP, Bigpond.\u00a0 So I use webmail, I think it is called.<\/p>\n<p><center><a href=\"http:\/\/onlineclassesguru.com\/orders\/ordernow\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/encrypted-tbn0.gstatic.com\/images?q=tbn:ANd9GcTyj99p60XCLyLk1htB7-1neRt8-2QdnenNlQ&usqp=CAU\"target=\"_http:\/\/onlineclassesguru.com\/orders\/ordernow\"\/><\/center><p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Scenario Your manager has informed you that there are several clients that require some one-to-one training in some aspects of computers.
