What monetary limitation applies in Nevada if a hotel follows the law completely? There is something unusual about Nevada\u2019s law\u0080\u00a6tell me what it is. Question 2: There are three types of \u201cbailments.\u201d Describe them in detail and give me an example of such a bailment (you may not use an example from the book). Specifically describe when a bailor has \u201cliability\u201d for each type of \u201cbailment.\u201d What kinds of bailments have you been involved in over the past year (surely you can describe two or three). Question 3: What is the difference between an \u201cinvitee\u201d and a \u201cguest?\u201d How does one become a \u201cguest\u201d and what rights does a \u201cguest\u201d have that \u201cinvitees\u201d do not? What is the difference between a \u201cguest\u201d and a \u201ctenant?\u201d How does one become a \u201ctenant\u201d and what rights does a \u201ctenant\u201d have that \u201cguests\u201d do not? What steps would a hotel have to go through to \u201cevict\u201d 1) an invitee? 2) a guest? 3) a tenant?<\/p>\n<p>Like all papers you\u2019ll submit, formatting is: 1\u2033 margins all around, double-spaced, Times New Roman, 12-point font. No headers, extra spaces between paragraphs \u2013 none of the little tricks that take up space. There is a 3-page minimum, which I equate to an \u201caverage\u201d score, or a 3. If you want a better score, then do more than the minimum required work. I can tell when a student has done the work and when they have waited until the last minute to throw something together.
