As a healthcare leader, the ACA will impact your organization in many ways.<br \/>\nTask:<br \/>\nChoose a healthcare organization. This can be your current organization, one you would like to lead, or a fictitious organization. You will assume the role of the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and be largely responsible for aspects concerning fair and equitable delivery of care.<br \/>\nBe sure to discuss the following:<\/p>\n<p>What are some specific policies that will need to be developed to ensure fair and equitable patient care?<br \/>\nHow will the change in volume of Medicaid patients (if your state expanded the program or not) be addressed?<br \/>\nDiscuss at least three positive and negative impacts of the ACA that must be considered.<\/p>\n<p>To support your work, use your course and textbook readings as well as the South University Online Library.
