Your job is not to fully design the heat exchanger but to provide a draft layout of the design, specify a material and 3D print method, describe how it would be fabricated and inspected, and explain what primary material properties will be designed for in this product. Use the Hunt Library for your research on additive manufacturing and materials available. Write a technical paper describing your new heat exchanger and the key material and fabrication features added. Include the answers to the following questions in your paper text. Questions: Describe what material would be used for this product. Describe the key features in the physical design (a full model or design layout is not needed, just an outline). Describe how the part would be fabricated and inspected. What 3D print and inspection methods would you select to use? What are the key material properties of the material you selected that are needed in this design? Requirements List your references.
