The project will define and discuss key terms, concepts, and trends related to this management and leadership topic and provide examples of best practices, conclusions, and recommendations. The essay can be about 2000-4000 words. Students may include photos and links for short video clips, where possible and appropriate. Creativity is expected. The project will be submitted online through Canvas\/Webcourses and scanned by Turnitin for plagiarism. The project is worth 200 points. Submission via email and late submission will not be accepted. A project rubric will be posted on the Canvas\/Webcourses website. Please use correct grammar, spelling, and sentence structure and avoid strong language. The project is worth 200 points. Your project report should have the following sections: Title: Course name, topic, and student\u2019s name (1 page). Table of contents: Listing all the main sections, subsections and pages (1 page) Introduction: Introducing the topic, its importance, and project aims (up to 600 words). Content: Definitions, theories, issues, statistics, best practices, and debates surrounding this topic. This section can have subsections (up to 2000 words). Conclusions: State key conclusions from this project (up to 600 words). Recommendations: State specific recommendations emerging from the project (up to 600 words). Learning: Explain what you have learned specifically from this project (up to 500 words). References: List your references using APA style.
