In order to procure the fund necessary for your event, you will need to invest or fundraise monies. Although your event may non-profit or charity, you still need to have certain amount of budget to operate your event. Your job is to RESEARCH the budget model similar to your event and CREATE your own budget chart (see chapter 4). The chart must be very detailed and specific (Your budget chart should be clearly explained in the activity report). This would be the critical part for your grade.
