Using the academic research on sports fan loyalty that we discussed in class and a third article, summarize sports fan behavior by listing three themes shared across the research.\u25cb The themes should give a sense of the best way to approach the consumers with your marketing plan 3. Utilize trade press, consumer and business press to summarize how the NHL and NBA closed out the 2019-20 season, their current thoughts on the 2020-21 season and their social justice activation during the recently completed season. For this summary please use: \u25cb Use Sports Business Journal plus two or more news article from credible sources (e.g. Wall Street Journal) \u25cb Team and league website and content 4.
