She complains of excessive tearing and drooling on her right side as well.<\/p>\n<p><strong>To prepare:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>With regard to the case study you were assigned:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Review this week\u2019s Learning Resources, and consider the insights they provide about the case study.<\/li>\n<li>Consider what history would be necessary to collect from the patient in the case study you were assigned.<\/li>\n<li>Consider what physical exams and diagnostic tests would be appropriate to gather more information about the patient\u2019s condition. How would the results be used to make a diagnosis?<\/li>\n<li>Identify\u00a0<strong>at least five<\/strong>\u00a0possible conditions that may be considered in a differential diagnosis for the patient.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<blockquote><p><strong>Note:<\/strong>\u00a0Before you submit your initial post, replace the subject line (\u201cDiscussion \u2013 Week 9\u201d) with \u201cReview of Case Study ___.\u201d Fill in the blank with the number of the case study you were assigned.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<h4>By Day 3<\/h4>\n<p><strong>Post<\/strong>\u00a0a description of the health history you would need to collect from the patient in the case study to which you were assigned. Explain what physical exams and diagnostic tests would be appropriate and how the results would be used to make a diagnosis.
