Firstly, \u2018structure is descriptive of the context in which health care is delivered, inclusive of<\/p>\n<p>its buildings, its staff, its financial structures, and all its varied equipment. Secondly, \u2018process\u2019 indicates the interactions between<\/p>\n<p>patients and care providers through out the delivery of healthcare. Lastly, \u2018outcomes\u2019 indicate the effects of healthcare on the overall<\/p>\n<p>health status of patients and populations.<\/p>\n<p>There is therefore a clear relationship between processes (e.g. Falls assessment,Waterlow<\/p>\n<p>Assessment, Standard Precautions) used by health care professionals and the quality of the care that is provided,that is, patient outcomes.<br \/>\nThe delivery of health care services by practitioners is measured by process data.<\/p>\n<p>TASK: Use the scholarly literature to identify and<\/p>\n<p>explain the use of process and outcome data in the delivery of safe, quality nursing care in health institutions.<\/p>\n<p>Then use one example<\/p>\n<p>of process and outcome data to demonstrate your understanding oftheir use in providing safe, high quality care in health<\/p>\n<p>institutions.<\/p>\n<p>I would like to write patient who has cerebrovascular accident (CVA) and nurses need to do help patients by<\/p>\n<p>turning and repositioning to prevent pressure ulcer. If not, pressure areas will get infected (e.g. MRSA) and can lead to death. EXPLAIN THE<br \/>\nUSE OF PROCESS: different position such asfowler\u2019s position, supine, etc).
