THE BODY, THIS DOES NOT INCLUDE THE TITLE PAGE, ABSTRACT AND REFERENCE PAGE, SHOULD BE A MINIMUM OF 10 PAGES BUT NOT TO EXCEED 15 PAGES IN LENGTH. This project is intended to integrate leadership concepts and practice into the work environment of the RN. Please note this is a leadership project, it is not an educational project. The body, this does not include the title page, abstract and reference page, should be a minimum of 10 pages but not to exceed 15 pages in length. The paper must include a minimum of 6 references from professional journals and evidenced-based research\/practice.<br \/>\nThis is my capstone final paper.
