Why is the approach or this leader<br \/>\neffective at bringing about results? This part of the rubric is worth the most amount of points. \u2013 \u2013 \u2013 \u2013 What tips\/pointers did you find most helpful? \u2013 \u2013 \u2013 \u2013 Describe<br \/>\nhow the information helped you conceptualize your future role as a nurse leader. To address this part, write one succinct paragraph describing how you will personally<br \/>\napply what you have learned from the selected text to your future leadership role. Be specific with examples.
