This will then be rewritten obviously<\/p>\n<p>In regards to President Obama\u2019s Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act (Public Law 111-148, 2010) or ACA, the goal is to offer all Americans affordable health care, health insurance reform, improve patient resources and reduce hospital and operation cost.<\/p>\n<p>The goal of this project is to ensure that Gotham Hospital continues to operate efficiently while meeting President Obama\u2019s new ACA criteria and continue to provide quality care to its patient community. The team plans to offer several recommendations that will ensure Gotham is in compliance with ACA\/ACO, as well as compare and analyze the effects of Pre and Post ACA hospital operations and elaborate on the hospital\u2019s concern about how it can reduce the cost of chronic diseases particularly diabetes using its disease management program.<\/p>\n<p>The project outcome is simple; to increase enrollment\/utilization of the diabetes disease management and prevention at Gotham Hospital taking into account its diverse uninsured\/underinsured population.
