You should incorporate your personal beliefs and feelings and show evidence of your understanding of the socialization process related to the family, school, and community. The following statements will help you get started in developing your philosophy. You do not have to include all of these things in your philosophy. They are meant more to provoke your thoughts.<\/p>\n<p>? Children and families are diverse. This diversity includes\u0085<\/p>\n<p>? Children develop within a system. This system is\u0085<\/p>\n<p>? There are socio-cultural factors that influence children. These include\u0085<\/p>\n<p>? There are issues that families are facing. These issues are\u0085<\/p>\n<p>? When working with families teachers need to\u0085<\/p>\n<p>? Developmentally appropriate programs for children will\u0085<\/p>\n<p>? Teachers and other members of society can advocate for children by\u0085 You need to include one citation and the corresponding reference at the end of your philosophy. Please see the Research Information page in Blackboard for resources to help guide you through creating APA Style citations and references and if you decide to use a source other than our textbook about how to determine if a source is credible enough for scholarly work.<\/p>\n<p>? When you have written your philosophy evaluate it with the following guidelines:<\/p>\n<p>? Does my philosophy provide a comprehensive understanding of socialization?<\/p>\n<p>? Is it understandable to me and others?<\/p>\n<p>? Are my ideas consistent with one another?<\/p>\n<p>?
