The outline should include the following points:<\/p>\n<p>\u00b7 Rationale for the selected topic: explain the topic and the reason why you chose it.<\/p>\n<p>\u00b7 Google Trends report: answer 5 questions related to the popularity of the topic in different regions of the world.<\/p>\n<p>\u00b7 Summaries of two academic sources: each students needs to present references and summaries of two sources (books, journals, eBooks, etc.) related to their subtopic. The sample summary is attached that needs to be deleted before submission. AUM library\u0092s academic databases at catalog.aum.edu.kw should be used to collect the information. Sources from the web that are of poor quality (no author, no date, etc.) should be avoided.<\/p>\n<p>\u00b7 Elements of a reference: In addition, for each of your sources identify different elements of a reference and fill the table that follows.<\/p>\n<p>Part A (Group)<\/p>\n<p>TOPIC SELECTION AND RATIONALE (100 words)<\/p>\n<p>With the changing dynamics of the corporate world and businesses around the globe, the employment phenomena are increasing. Studies prove that a wide range of issues and problems in the workplaces have much to do with the standards of businesses, employment status quo and other elements that are changing constantly. One of the reasons is the increasing pressure that is bestowed upon businesses for maintain the standards of workplaces and providing employees with adequate resources. Other issues involve the concepts of diversity, harassment and legal complications that employers have to look into. I believe it is important to investigate the workplace ethical domains and conduct research for their exists wide gaps in the studies.<\/p>\n<p>Google Trends Information \u2013 trends.google.com (write answers below each question).<\/p>\n<p>1. What search term (keyword) was used to get research on?<\/p>\n<p>Workplace ethics.<\/p>\n<p>2. What are the top 10 countries where the search term is most popular?<\/p>\n<p>US, Canada, India, UK, Sweden, Germany, Russia, Saudi Arabia, Dubai, Australia.<\/p>\n<p>3. When was the search term most popular in the last 10 years (rising trend; falling trend)?<\/p>\n<p>2016<\/p>\n<p>4. What is the relative popularity of the term in Kuwait (out of 100)?<\/p>\n<p>35<\/p>\n<p>5. Research points towards the gaps in the educational sectors for how ethical and unethical leadership is complied by. The main aim of this study was to identify the differences between the perception of ethical and unethical leadership and in the different regions i.e. the eastern and the western worlds. The results of the research conclude that there is widespread disparity between the two worlds.
