What indications will inform you and others whether your financial strategies are likely to result in positive health outcomes for the population?<\/p>\n<p>This week you continue to develop Assignment 3, applying the principles of cost-effectiveness, cost-utility, and cost-benefit to your program design process.<\/p>\n<p><strong>To prepare<\/strong>\u00a0for this week\u2019s section of Assignment 3:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Review \u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0the information presented in the Learning Resources (see required reading \u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0list further down below).<\/li>\n<li>Apply \u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0the use of cost-effectiveness, cost-utility, or cost-benefit to your \u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0program design to determine whether the monies put into your program will \u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0result in positive health outcomes for the population.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>To complete:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Write a 3- to 5-page paper* due by 22:00 tomorrow 1\/17\/18 in APA format with a minimum of 6 scholarly references (See Required Readings list below) that address the following:<\/p>\n<p><strong>1)<\/strong>\u00a0<strong>Budget<\/strong>\u00a0(developed in Week 7 [see attached file for that assignment])<\/p>\n<p>a) Develop a simple revenue and expense budget for 6 months from start-up and develop a break-even analysis.<\/p>\n<p>b) Articulate a justification for the revenue and expenses indicating where the funds are coming from to support the project and what resources the expenses are related to.<\/p>\n<p>c) Explain any variance from the budget that is not budget neutral.<\/p>\n<p><strong>2)<\/strong>\u00a0<strong>Financial Analysis<\/strong>\u00a0(developed this week [see attached file for this assignment])<\/p>\n<p>a) Articulate whether the monies put into the program will result in positive health outcomes for the population (resulting from your application of the use of cost-effectiveness, cost-utility, or cost-benefit to the program design process).<\/p>\n<p><strong>*\u00a0<\/strong><strong>Include tables or graphs in your paper to illustrate budget information<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>P.S.
