The discussion should not be too long about 2-3 paragraphs.<\/p>\n<p><strong>The initial posting (IP) and the response to peer \u00a0posting each (RTP) require one reference<\/strong>\u00a0from an\u00a0<strong>English<\/strong>\u00a0titled, peer reviewed\u00a0<em><strong>NURSING<\/strong><\/em>\u00a0journal l<strong>ess than 5 y\/o<\/strong>. The references must be from\u00a0<em><strong>different<\/strong><\/em>\u00a0journal articles.<\/p>\n<p><em><strong>IMPORTANT: The articles posted in each unit are to facilitate your understanding of the topic and help you meet the identified learning objectives.
