You want to compete in the growing industry of drone navigation systems. VectorCal is the only major company in the field. You also want to be a leaner, faster version of a company that you view as being too slow and costly.\u00a0<strong>Note:<\/strong>\u00a0You may create and \/ or make all necessary assumptions needed for the completion of this assignment.<\/p>\n<p>Write a two to three (2-3) page paper in which you:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Describe the new start-up company that you have created. Include in your description the nature of your company, its mission and vision, your company\u00e2\u20ac\u2122s product, an analysis of your staff, and your target clientele.<\/li>\n<li>Criticize VectorCal\u00e2\u20ac\u2122s forecasting method. Determine the appropriate forecasting approach for your company. Provide a rationale to support the determination.<\/li>\n<li>Suggest the semi-variable, allocated, and indirect costs that you should address in the start-up phase of your company. Provide a rationale to support the response.<\/li>\n<li>Use at least three (3) quality resources in this assignment.\u00a0<strong>Note:<\/strong>\u00a0Wikipedia and similar Websites do not qualify as quality resources.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Your assignment must follow these formatting requirements:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>This course requires use of new\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/blackboard.strayer.edu\/bbcswebdav\/institution\/STANDARDIZED\/StrayerWritingStandards\/Strayer_Writing_Standards.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Student Writing Standards (SWS)<\/a>.
