Then, address the following in your Practicum Journal:<\/p>\n<p><b>Describe the client (without violating\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/homeworkhandlers.com\/hipaa\/\">HIPAA<\/a>\u00a0regulations) and identify any pertinent history or medical information, including prescribed medications.<\/b><\/p>\n<p>Mr. AZ is a 56-year-old Caucasian male referred to the psychiatric mental health practitioner (PMHNP) by his PCP for evaluation for increased restlessness and anxiety.
