State the issues in question.<br \/>\nIn this section of the\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/homeworkhandlers.com\/brief\/\">brief<\/a>, state the factual and legal questions that the court had to decide.<\/p>\n<p>4. Describe the court\u2019s rationale for each holding.<br \/>\nYou now should describe the court\u2019s rationale (why they decided the way they did). This section may be the most important, because you must understand the court\u2019s reasoning to analyze it and to apply it to law and\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/homeworkhandlers.com\/other\/\">other<\/a>\u00a0court cases.\u00a0 You are explaining how the court applied the US Constitution.<\/p>\n<p>5. Explain the\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/homeworkhandlers.com\/final\/\">final<\/a>\u00a0disposition.<br \/>\nDescribe the final disposition of the case. Did the court decide in favor of the plaintiff or the defendant?<\/p>\n<p>6.
