{"id":13247,"date":"2020-11-24T09:05:33","date_gmt":"2020-11-24T09:05:33","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/onlineclassesguru.com\/index.php\/2020\/11\/24\/criminal-justice\/"},"modified":"2020-11-24T09:05:33","modified_gmt":"2020-11-24T09:05:33","slug":"criminal-justice","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/onlineclassesguru.com\/index.php\/2020\/11\/24\/criminal-justice\/","title":{"rendered":"Criminal justice\u2013"},"content":{"rendered":"<style type=\"text\/css\"><\/style><p>Over the past few chapters, you have learned much about the parameters and conditions governing the introduction of evidence and protection of a defendant\u2019s rights in a criminal trial.\u00a0 This assignment requires that you interview an attorney that has worked on a criminal case in a criminal trial.\u00a0 As in the previous writing assignment, you will benefit from getting his or her perspective on the \u201creal world\u201d of criminal prosecution.\u00a0 There is always some tension between what is taught in a textbook and what is practiced in the \u201creal world\u201d of the administration of justice.\u00a0 This is your chance to hear from a court officer that is involved in this work on a daily basis.<\/p>\n<p>To complete this assignment you will need to identify and then interview an attorney that is currently, or has previously worked in the criminal courts. Your interview will focus on the legal aspects of a criminal investigation and prosecution identified in the textbook and does\u00a0<strong>not<\/strong>\u00a0have to be conducted in person.
