Descriptive and prescriptive arguments are considered in the lecture pages for\u00a0<strong>Module 3<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Based on your understanding of descriptive and prescriptive arguments, respond to the following:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Identify a topic of interest for which arguments of different perspectives can be created.<\/li>\n<li>Construct one original descriptive argument and one original prescriptive argument for the topic you select.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Support your arguments with scholarly references. Be sure to provide citations for your sources as well as citations for a premise you state to be a fact.<\/p>\n<p>Write your initial response in a total of 200\u2013300 words. Apply APA standards to citation of sources.<\/p>\n<p>By\u00a0<strong>Saturday, June 28, 2014<\/strong>, post your response to the appropriate\u00a0<strong>Discussion Area<\/strong>. Through\u00a0<strong>Wednesday, July 2, 2014<\/strong>, review at least two peers\u2019 responses. Each response should be at least 75 words in length. Critically comment on how they have used evidence in different types of arguments.
