Your research should include key \u00a0features of the decisions, investigations, and laws you analyzed during \u00a0the research.<\/p>\n<p>Your research should also include answers to the following questions:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Analyze the purpose of Article 25 of the 1948 UDHR and the Constitution of the WHO.<\/li>\n<li>In your opinion, do these two positive laws contradict the no-duty principle in the United States? Why or why not?<\/li>\n<li>The term \u201cthe right to make informed health care decisions\u201d is an \u00a0important health care right of patients that have the right to make \u00a0informed decisions about the direction of their care, including refusing \u00a0treatment. Give your views on this statement and support your answer \u00a0using relevant references.<\/li>\n<li>Compare and contrast the terms \u201cthe right to make informed health care decisions\u201d and \u201cthe right to health.\u201d<\/li>\n<li>In your opinion on life or death situations, do you think individuals should be allowed to refuse treatment?
