Discuss how this health problem is applicable in both the United States and a non-USA country, and appraise four original research studies on this topic.<\/p>\n<p>This is a scholarly paper, written as if it was a \u201cReview of the Literature\u201d article published in a nursing journal. Select articles published within the past five years (2014 to present).\u00a0<strong>Do not use a non-peer review journal. Do not use a literature review article or systematic review article or clinical protocols as one of your articles.<\/strong>\u00a0At least TWO of the four original research report articles MUST BE authored by nurses and published in a peer-reviewed nursing journal. \u00a0At least ONE of the two nursing research studies must address nursing practice in a non-USA country.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Page \u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a01: Title page<\/strong>\u00a0Create a title for your paper. Refer to your APA Manual.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Page \u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a02: Abstract<\/strong>\u00a0The abstract should open with a sentence that will serve \u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0as an introduction to and purpose of the paper. Then describe what is in \u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0each part of the paper. An abstract is usually a brief outline of the \u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0contents of the paper that typically does not exceed 250 words. At the end \u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0of the abstract place the phrase\u00a0<em>Key Words<\/em>, and denote 3-4 keywords \u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0that would describe your paper (as for publication and indexing in CINAHL \u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0or PubMed).<\/li>\n<li><strong>Pages \u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a03-11: Narrative<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Heading: \u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Significance and Background:<\/strong>\u00a0Start the paper with a short paragraph \u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0that introduces the health problem in your PICOT question. (Approximately \u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00bd-page).<\/li>\n<li><strong>Heading: \u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Purpose:<\/strong>\u00a0Clearly define the global health problem, and discuss why it \u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0is important for nursing (why you are discussing this topic). \u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Discuss what is known about this problem in the United States and in a \u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0non-USA country. \u00a0For example, if the focus is adult hypertension, \u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0discuss guidelines for defining hypertension in the US and in a non-USA \u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0country. \u00a0(Approximately 1 page).<\/li>\n<li><strong>Heading: \u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Methods:<\/strong>\u00a0Discuss the methods used to select the following research \u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0studies. Was the sample size adequate? Explain.<\/li>\n<li>What\u00a0<strong>methods<\/strong>\u00a0were used to collect data (e.g. sequence of events, timing, types of data, and measures)?<\/li>\n<li>Was an intervention \/treatment\/clinical protocol tested?\u00a0 Explain.<\/li>\n<li>What data\u00a0<strong>analysis<\/strong>\u00a0methods were used?<\/li>\n<li>What were the\u00a0<strong>main findings<\/strong>\u00a0of this study?<\/li>\n<li>Was this a\u00a0<strong>credible<\/strong>\u00a0study?
