Describe and compare your findings for each of the following:<br \/>\na. Numeric rating scale<br \/>\nb. Visual analog scale<br \/>\nc. McGill pain questionnaire<br \/>\nd. Pain in dementia patients<\/p>\n<p>Location: UPTOWN CHICAGO NEIGHBORHOOD<\/p>\n<p><u><strong>Part 2: Analysis of Assessment Data<\/strong><\/u><\/p>\n<p>1. Based on observations from the windshield survey, identify\u00a0<strong>strengths of the community.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>2.
