Please check the course schedule for the due date.<\/p>\n<p>\u00b7 Introduction\/Background<\/p>\n<p>\u00b7 Background information about the healthcare organization<\/p>\n<p>\u00b7 The issue experienced by the healthcare organization<\/p>\n<p>\u00b7 QI Project<\/p>\n<p>\u00b7 Background information about the QI project implemented<\/p>\n<p>\u00b7 Identify the resources (inputs), activities (processes) and outcomes of the QI approach.<\/p>\n<p>\u00b7 What types of resources (staff, infrastructure, materials, information, technology, etc. were used for the QI project?<\/p>\n<p>\u00b7 What types of activities were involved? What was done? How was it done?<\/p>\n<p>\u00b7 What were the results of the QI project? How did it impact the health services delivered (if applicable)? Was there a change in behavior in the staff or by the patients? Was there a change in health status? Did it help to improve patient satisfaction?<\/p>\n<p>\u00b7 Were there challenges encountered?<\/p>\n<p>\u00b7 Lessons Learned<\/p>\n<p>\u00b7 What was learned from implementing the QI project?<\/p>\n<p>\u00b7 From your own perspective as a leader of the QI project, would you have done anything differently?<\/p>\n<p>\u00b7 What other recommendations would you suggest to tackle the issue?<\/p>\n<p>\u00b7 Conclusion<\/p>\n<p>Paper guidelines<\/p>\n<p>1. 4-6 pages<\/p>\n<p>2. Have a cover page with the individual\u0092s name, title of assignment, and due date of assignment<\/p>\n<p>3. Include headers<\/p>\n<p>4. Typed, using 12 point font, Times New Roman<\/p>\n<p>5. Double spaced with 1\u0094 margins all around<\/p>\n<p>6. Page numbers in the top right corner of all pages except cover page.<\/p>\n<p>7. Use an APA format for citations and references. Make sure you give proper credit to the sources you are using. Plagiarism will NOT be tolerated.<\/p>\n<p>8. Have a list of references in correct format at the end of the paper<\/p>\n<p>9.
