Using the assigned articles for this week, in addition to your own research, compare and contrast organizational culture, organizational climate, creativity, and innovation. Be sure to include how the concepts apply to organizational supports and impediments (e.g., organizational encouragement, supervisory encouragement, etc.). In addition, provide a summary of the research to date in the areas (Hint: start with the McLean (2005) article). Conclude your paper with a paragraph on how these concepts might impact your current job or, once you complete this program of study, your future profession. The paper should be between 1500-1750 words long and written in APA format. Include at least two additional references that are from peer-reviewed, scholarly journal articles.
