1. (Luis 8): If there was an anti-aging pill, I would be interested in taking this pill. I feel young myself being in my mid-30s but if I could feel and look younger I would. I would hope to gain my strength and mobility I once had as a very active person. Fewer aches and pains that come with being a younger person. My aging would stay the same or maybe I would look younger. Most importantly for me, I think would be the physical aspect of this opportunity. The worries I would have would be the side effects of this pill as all other pills. Besides that, I don’t believe I would have any worries. There is nothing wrong with continuing to grow and age. There are many benefits from this pill but depending on the side effects, we would have to wait to see if it’s worth it.
2. (Luis 8): I was currently at Walmart, target and pretty much all the stores. I am getting reading for deployment and needed supplies and found many products for the elderly. Walmart is huge for this but pretty much every store an accessible shopping cart for the elderly that needed it. Right away you can find small things as simple as multivitamins and pain killers for arthritis directed towards the elderly in the pharmacy section. I have never noticed canes or assisted walkers which one sign read. It was a cane but hand a pad when extended turned into a seat. For when a person is tired and needs to rest. One item that I have seen regularly are hearing aids, clearly directed towards the elderly with a picture of an older gentleman on the box. There was also information around the canes and walkers that were for assisted showers that had a small door for walking through on the tub. Also with a seat in the corner which I assumed was for a person got tired and could continue their shower. I feel a bit ignorant in this discussion because I have never really paid attention to these products. Clearly, I don’t need them but it is something that I might rely on later in life.
