Signature Assignment
Dear Scholars,
The Signature Assignment is Due December 6. This is an essay that asks you to perform a specific task (write an essay about a song that is meaningful to you). This essay has required elements that are spelled out in the instructions and the rubrics. You will have to engage with one to three critical texts (peer-reviewed, scholarly essays similar to the ones we have read in class). That is the assignment.
The interim items listed on the schedule (proposed song, outline, etc.) are optional if you would like feedback from me.
If there are specific concerns that you have, please post them in the Office Hours Discussion Section. We also have scheduled olfice hours on Mondays, (see previous Announcement) when you can ask questions and get feedback.
