Family planning program

Family planning is about making a plan about how many children you want to have and when it is best for you and your family to have children (World Health Organization. 2018).

Today, the continuous increase in population is one of the main problems causing various economic problems in the family unit. Because of this serious problem, family planning is an important program that every family should adopt.

Overpopulation

Life expectancy contributes to overpopulation.

The world population is growing at 1.10 percent per year.

Human overpopulation is among the most pressing environmental problems, quietly compounding the forces behind global warming, environmental pollution, habitat loss, the sixth mass extinction, intensive agricultural practices, and the consumption of finite natural resources, such as fresh water. , arable land and fossil fuels. (Carter, 2018).

Importance of family planning.

Prevention of health risks related to pregnancy in women.

Reduction of infant mortality.

Helping prevent HIV / AIDS.
