- Your assignment is to arrive at a conclusion by replicating the Information contained in the file of SPSS for Inferential Statistics using the Five Step Process (The sample dataset is found in TelecomUnlimited.sav).

- All of the SPSS output shown in the SPSS for Inferential Statistics is based on a sample of 3001 customer records and variables drawn from the TelecomUnlimited.sav file of customer information. The variables used are:
- Region: region of country where the customer resides
- Gender: (0=male, 1=female)
- Home own: Homeownership (0= rent, 1=own)
- Response: Did customer respond to latest promotion offer (0= no, 1= yes)
- Age: (in years)
- Income: Household income in thousands
- Carditems: Number of items on primary card last month
- Cardspent: Amount spent on primary card last month
- Card2items: Number of items on secondary card last month
- Card2spent: Amount spent on secondary card last month
- Wireten: Amount spent on wireless over tenure
- Cardten: Amount spent on calling card over tenure
